Please read through this page very carefully and make sure you agree and understand fully with everything stated here.

Scarletcloud takes stride in everything it does; we also take into consideration along with deep detailed preparation the clients end user needs, including small projects to advanced multi-user full blown ecommerce fully functional websites.

Along with all of the above, Scarletcloud employees and clients do have to remember the terms and conditions aka terms of service (TOS) of Scarletcloud itself as a company.

Below shows most aspects of Scarletcloud which you as a client must agree too and discuss any misunderstandings, questions and enquiries with Scarletcloud employees.

Use of Scarletcloud website, applications, programs

Scarletcloud is a keen, professional multimedia design company situated within the United Kingdom, situated in Lowestoft, Suffolk, it has developed a large successful website which attracts large amounts of unique hits per day, this is why use of the website and it’s materials is taken seriously and should be respected at all times.

Scarletcloud website should be used within a respectable manor, it was made to be as user friendly as possible and so it should be very easy for you to navigate through. Along with the website being made user friendly it is also very secure, so attempts to flood our quote or contact forms will remain at a minimal non spamming toleration area.

All applications, programs and systems created by Scarletcloud are all made user friendly and very secure so attempts at hacking or tampering with these will be minimal but should an attempt be made, it will be dealt with seriously upon a computer misuse act.

Use of Scarletcloud services

Scarletcloud believes in helping all of its users and clients with whatever problems they have, this is why we offer such an excellent variety of popular services. But again with these services there are terms which are clearly stated here and must be followed. Any large or high-value projects will not be started without a small deposit. The total amount of this deposit will discussed between a Scarletcloud employee and the end user/client.

Any files created or used by Scarletcloud will not be traded, or sent over to the client without the full or remaining cost being received.

Website hosting will be setup within 24 working hours upon approval of a Scarletcloud employee and a full completed payment of a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription from the end user/client.

Due to the extreme amount of files and coding involved in an online shopping system, Scarletcloud offers to install these systems on your own hosting (if purchased by Scarletcloud). This means that you must allow 48 hours for your Ecommerce packages to be setup after the approval of a Scarletcloud employee and a full completed payment from the end user/client.

Print work can be completed within 24hours of your initial design being completed and after a payment being completed by the end user/client, although this does not include a custom logo design, note this can be added along with a small amount of other custom things for additional fees.

PLEASE NOTE: You must allow up to 5 working days for your items to be delivered.

Logo design can be completed within 48hours of a payment being completed by the end user/client, however this does not include revisions and this is merely the first version of your logo which may be subject to change. This can also be sent/posted/emailed to request made by the end user/client. - Additional fees may apply.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) packages can be setup and completed within 48hours of a monthly/yearly payment completed by the end user/client. (This does have a 4 month minimal contract)

Support packages can be purchased by the end user/client at any time. We do however require the end user/client to sign a contract between them and Scarletcloud after a monthly/yearly payment has been completed we will then, thereafter offer 24hours 7days a week helpful support instantly upon telephone or email request. (This does have a 4 month minimal contract)

Maintenance packages can be purchased by the end user/client at anytime and the end user/client can be fully covered for website updates and website management, 24hours a day, 7days a week. (This does have a 4 month minimal contract

Any service, design or product provided by Scarletcloud is strictly for the user/client only; you must not trade, sell or share these in any way.

Payments made to Scarletcloud

Scarletcloud is a respectable, non tolerance, popular and very user friendly company; Scarletcloud takes large amounts of time to make the users/clients feel very comfortable around a Scarletcloud atmosphere. With all the work that Scarletcloud manages to complete on time upon a user/clients request we believe that the payment covers employee’s time of dedication towards such a successful company.

When you send a payment to Scarletcloud, you’re not only paying for a popular, secure and excellent service along with top quality designs, you’re paying for the Scarletcloud employees time and effort to make sure all of the services remain how they are and standards do not drop. This means that you’re mainly paying for the time and effort spent on your project, therefore refunds cannot be given to any design, support or maintenance package.

As an end user/client you must notify a Scarletcloud employee within 15 days of purchasing, if you are unhappy or not satisfied with your hosting/service, to be liable for a full refund.

All payments made and completed to Scarletcloud are secure and will be monitored very carefully.

Webhosting Service

We will setup your account after we have received payment and have performed a fraud check. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

All services provided by Scarletcloud may only be used for personal, educational or lawful purposes. This includes but is not limited to the laws of the United Kingdom.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Scarletcloud from any claims resulting from the use of our services.

Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account and your personal contact information being handed over to the Authorities. If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed upon, please email us at Support@Scarletcloud.co.uk with the information and a link to the respective site(s).

Examples of unacceptable material on our servers include:
IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers, Pirated Software / Warez, image, filedump, mirror, or banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation), affiliate servers, topsites, commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams), Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds / rpg's, hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Forums and or websites that distribute or link to warez content are prohibited.

Breaching the Terms of Service

Breaching our terms and conditions, terms of service may result in your service and/or contract being terminated without notice. We may also be forced to take legal action in some cases.
